How To Play Darts
If you The following rules can be applied to nearly ever game of darts, although there are some variations depending on the game and the “house rules” of where you are playing:

The board should be 5’8” from the centre of the bullseye to the floor and the throw line exactly 7’ 9¼” from the face of the board (see dartboard setup)

When throwing the dart, the player is permitted to lean as far forward as they desire, providing their foot does not cross the toe line. If it does, a foot fault will be called and all three darts in that round will be void.
